REGISTRATION

Register trough our online registration form. The organizers limit the number of participants to about 200. The participants are selected based on their graduate school status and order of registration. Accepted participants will be informed by email as the registration is closed or full - by August 25.

• Graduate Students in FinBioNet Graduate Schools may register with no charge. Terms and conditions for participation should be checked from the graduate school's coordinator
• Graduate students working with their PhD-project outside the graduate school system in Finland are eligible to register with a participation fee of 200 EUR (without accommodation 100 EUR). Registration is valid only after confirmation of registration with payment details.
• Graduate students working with their PhD-project outside the graduate school system in other countries are eligible to register with a participation fee of 200 EUR (without accommodation 100 EUR)
• Senior scientists, post docs and science administrators are welcome to register with a participation fee of 200 EUR (without accommodation 100 EUR). The same fee applies for non-academic registrations
• The participation fee 200 EUR covers registration, meeting venue and accommodation (1 night)
• To get the credits (1 ECTS) poster presentation is required

All registrations are subject to limitations set by the number of participants. The registrations will be confirmed by August 30.
