Register trough our online registration form. The organizers limit the number of participants to about 100. The participants are selected based on their graduate school status and order of registration. Accepted participants will be informed by email as the registration is closed or full - by September 15th. Also the list of participants will be published at the conference web site.

  • Graduate Students in FinBioNet Graduate Schools may register with no charge. Terms and conditions for participation should be checked from the graduate school's coordinator.
  • Graduate students working with their PhD-project outside the graduate school system in Finland are eligible to register with a participation fee of 200 EUR. Registration is valid only after confirmation of registration with payment details.
  • Graduate students working with their PhD-project outside the graduate school system in other coutries are eligible to register with a participation fee of 200 EUR. The organizers are not able to cover the travel expences.
  • Senior scientists, post docs and science administrators are welcome to register with a participation fee of 200 EUR. The same fee applies for non-academic registrations.
    • The participation fee covers registration, meeting venue, accommodation (1 night) and bus transport to and from Turku railway station)

All registrations are subject to limitations set by the number of participants. The registrations will be confirmed by September 15th.

Poster information

  • All graduate students are expected to present their scientific work in posters. Poster size is at most A0 (width 84 cm and height 119 cm). A jury of speakers will select two best posters, which will be awarded with great prizes from Biofellows and Thermo Electron Corporation.
